College Careers
All our 16 to 19 Careers study programmes are focused on progression with the idea being that students will progress to another educational provider or to employment. In order to support this, learners will need access to high-quality support to make decisions about the next step that is right for them and to aspire to achieve their full potential.
We have a College Careers Adviser Natalie Williams who meets all of our College students and supports them and families with future planning and supporting students aspirations.
At Woodley College we have an annual Careers Focus Week for all students in all year groups. This is delivered in conjunction with college staff and outside agencies. The topics covered are age appropriate to the year group. In addition, all subjects in college identify careers education elements and include these in lesson planning.
